Crocker Nixon Law, LLC was founded on a simple premise: clients deserve counsel that is direct, thoroughly prepared, and genuinely invested in the outcome, not just the billable hour.

Ali Crocker Nixon spent nearly a decade as a Bexar County Assistant District Attorney, trying felony and misdemeanor cases. She worked in both the Family Violence Division and the Criminal Trial Division, negotiating thousands of resolutions and authoring appellate briefs before the Fourth Court of Appeals. Ali assisted in the training and onboarding for new prosecutors, which, in addition to serving as a mentor, included office-wide training presentations. She also served as an Assistant District Attorney for the 81st Judicial District in Karnes County.

She has spent years training other future attorneys as an Instructor and Professor of Practice at St. Mary’s University School of Law, teaching Legal Research and Writing and Bar preparation. Ali served in a leadership role, developing the first-year law student Research and Writing curriculum.

Most recently, she advised hospitals and health systems on HIPAA compliance and patient privacy. Ali holds a J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law and a B.S. in Communication Studies from the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with honors.
